The fund will invest at least 80% of its assets in the component securities of the index, and it will invest at least 90% of its assets in fixed income securities of the types included in the index that BFA believes will help it track the index. The index includes a 5% weighting to U.S. dollar denominated investment grade tax-exempt debt publicly issued in the U.S. domestic market by states other than New York and such states' political subdivisions.
