Tata Steel Gets NCLT Approval for Rujuvalika Investments Merger

Tata Steel (BOM:500470, NSE:TATASTEEL) said the National Company Law Tribunal's Mumbai Bench approved and sanctioned the proposed amalgamation of its wholly owned subsidiary, Rujuvalika Investments, with the company.

The tribunal formally pronounced the order approving the merger scheme on Thursday, according to an exchange filing on the same day.
