Digital Turbine's (APPS) focus on brand spend and its original equipment manufacturer relationships both offer differentiated exposure to the expanding mobile in-app market, RBC Capital Markets said Wednesday in a note.
The company has a unique approach to the mobile in-app market, focusing on brand spend, which remains underrepresented within the medium, and leveraging its OEM relationships, which create bigger competitive moats and provide differentiated revenue and data, according to the note.
Within the current market, RBC is most interested in Digital Turbine's ability to capitalize on shifting brand spend away from desktop and mobile display toward mobile in-app, the note added.
The company's current streak of strong execution is not fully reflected in consensus estimates, with potential upside in the out years, the brokerage said.
RBC initiated coverage of Digital Turbine with an outperform rating and a price target of $15.
