Nexalin Technology (NXL) signed an agreement to appoint Inovanexa Medical Technologies as its exclusive distributor of a non-invasive neurostimulation device across Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Uruguay, Paraguay, Ecuador and Venezuela, it said Thursday.

Nexalin shares soared 70% as intraday trading volume surged to more than 57.2 million from a daily average of about 11,000.

Veea (VEEA) shares soared 47% amid heavy trading after the company said Thursday it had agreed with Trollee to deploy its VeeaONE platform across 1,000 unattended stores.

Almost 68.3 million shares traded intraday, compared with a daily average of over 4.34 million.

Armada Acquisition II (XRPN) shareholders approved the proposed business combination with Evernorth at a special meeting held on Wednesday, the companies said Thursday. The transaction is expected to raise $300 million in gross cash proceeds and close on Oct. 7.

Armada shares surged 30% as intraday trading volume climbed to over 1.26 million, versus a daily average of roughly 199,000.
