National Health Investors Invests $107.7 Million to Acquire Six Properties in the US

National Health Investors (NHI) invested $107.7 million to acquire six properties across Kentucky, Michigan, and Tennessee, the company said Thursday.
The company said it expects to invest an additional $2.3 million in the first year.
The properties, with a total of 443 units, will be included in National Health Investors' Senior Housing Operating Portfolio segment and managed by Allegro Living Management, the company said.
The company expects the properties to generate an initial net operating income yield of about 7.0% and 6.6% after routine capital expenditures.
National Health Investors added that in addition to signed letters of intent, it is evaluating a pipeline of roughly $285 million in investments.
