Skylink (SGX:XZB) has proposed the issuance of up to SG$5 million in two-year, unlisted, non-convertible, and non-transferable bonds carrying an 8% annual coupon rate, according to a Wednesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

The commercial vehicle leasing company intends to utilize proceeds to fund the expansion of its hire purchase loan books under its credit business segment.

If fully subscribed, the bonds will support at least SG$30 million of additional loan book growth, taking the group loan book to more than SG$100 million across 2027 and 2028.
