Liquidia (LQDA) shares fell nearly 10% in afternoon trading on Thursday after the company's stock was downgraded to outperform from buy by Raymond James and to neutral from buy by BTIG.

The downgrades came after a federal court in Delaware on Wednesday ruled that the company infringed two claims of a United Therapeutics (UTHR) patent covering the use of inhaled treprostinil to treat pulmonary hypertension associated with interstitial lung disease, including dry-powder formulations.
