0918 GMT - Sterling turns lower against the euro after hitting a two-month high earlier as the final U.K. manufacturing purchasing managers' index for September was revised lower while the eurozone equivalent was revised higher. The U.K. manufacturing PMI was downgraded to 51.9 for September from 52.0 while the eurozone manufacturing PMI was upgraded to 52.9 from 52.7 previously. Sterling falls 0.1% to 0.8545 per euro after rising to a two-month high of 0.8529 earlier, according to LSEG.
