Paramount Skydance's (PSKY) $41 billion of bonds to back its acquisition of Warner Bros. Discovery (WBD) sold off to start their first full day of trading, Bloomberg reported Thursday.
The $5.25 billion 10-year note traded at a spread of 2.71 percentage points above the benchmark rate, the report said, quoting Trace data as of 8:35 am ET. The issue price was 2.625 percentage points above Treasuries, the report said.
Bloomberg reported that the notes with shorter tenors saw modest widening.
Paramount didn't immediately respond to a request for comment by MT Newswires.
