India's market regulator has approved Danish brewer Carlsberg's confidential pre-filing for an initial public offering of its India business, according to a Thursday document from the Securities and Exchange Board of India.
Carlsberg confidentially filed for the IPO in July, a route that allows companies to keep draft offer documents private during the initial stages of the listing process.
