Mapletree Industrial Trust (SGX:ME8U) has completed the sale of a data center in Minnesota to current tenant DataBank Properties for $9.81 million, according to a Wednesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Following the divestment of the property at 3255 Neil Armstrong Boulevard, the trust's portfolio now comprises 53 properties in North America, 79 in Singapore, and two in Japan.
