Centurion's JV to Acquire Australian Property for AU$25 Million

Centurion's (SGX:OU8) joint venture company, 200 North Terrace, has agreed to acquire a site in Adelaide, Australia, for AU$25 million, according to a Wednesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
The property comprises six parcels of land, spanning an area of 3,300 square meters, which will be developed into a mixed-use accommodation and purpose-built student accommodation.
Based on the JV agreement, the company's consideration contribution is around AU$12.5 million.
