Group 1 Automotive $(GPI)$ Conifer Management raised its stake in the automotive retailer to 1,840,698 shares. Conifer Management did so through the purchase of 478,058 Group 1 Automotive shares from Sept. 9 through Sept. 29 at per share prices ranging from $235.11 to $286.58. On Sept. 21, Conifer entered into a stockholder agreement with the company, pursuant to which Group 1 Automotive agreed to expand its board to 11 members and appoint Conifer analyst Benjamin Hart as a director effective on Nov. 1, and Conifer agreed to a standstill capping its ownership at 19%. Following the latest purchases, Conifer owns a 15.4% stake in Group 1 Automotive's outstanding stock. Shares of Group 1 Automotive have lost roughly 39.2% of their value in 2026.

NewAmsterdam Pharma $(NAMS)$ Frazier Life Sciences Management raised its stake in the cholesterol-focused biopharmaceutical company to 18,938,902 shares. Tennant (TNC) Gamco Investors raised its stake in the floor cleaning equipment maker to 1,022,610 shares. Gamco Investors did so through the purchase of 97,920 Tennant shares from July 29 through Sept. 21 at per share prices ranging from $66.22 to $84.93, and slightly offset those purchases through the sale of 850 shares from July 24 through Aug. 27 at $70.45 to $87.30. Following the latest purchases, Gamco Investors owns a 6% stake in Tennant's outstanding stock. Shares of Tennant have lost about 9.2% of their value in 2026.

Colliers International Group $(CIGI)$ Spruce House Investment Management raised its stake in the real estate services company to 3,282,012 shares. Spruce House did so through the purchase of 489,675 Colliers shares from Sept. 23 through Sept. 28 at per share prices ranging from $89.68 to $92.16. Following the latest purchases, Spruce House owns a 6.6% stake in Colliers' outstanding stock. Shares of Colliers International have lost about 38.4% of their value in 2026.

Decreases in Holdings

Kinetik Holdings $(KNTK)$ ISQ Global Fund II lowered its stake in the midstream energy services company to 17,618,164 shares. ISQ Global did so through the sale of 480,621 Kinetik Holdings shares from Aug. 20 through Sept. 21 at per share prices ranging from $53.50 to $56.45. Following the latest sales, ISQ Global continues to own an 18.4% stake in Kinetik Holdings' outstanding stock. Shares of Kinetik Holdings have gained roughly 40.4% in value in 2026.
