Thakral Closes 4 Billion Yen Sale of Japanese Building; Shares Up 3%

Thakral Corp. (SGX:AWI) completed the divestment of a commercial building in Osaka, Japan, for 4.12 billion yen, according to a Wednesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

Shares of the investment company were up nearly 3% in Thursday trading.

Following the divestment, the company maintains its presence in the Osaka office market through four office buildings and one hotel.
