Solstice's Long-Term Growth Drivers Remain Intact, RBC Says

Solstice Advanced Materials (SOLS) has not adjusted its guide or outlook, with core growth pillars remain intact, RBC said in a note Tuesday following a catch-up with the company.

RBC analysts said they are making "modest" adjustments to estimates to better reflect higher nuclear sales in Q4 vs. Q3, higher utilization, and the firm's 25% EBITDA margin guide.

The analysts said their earlier note could have confused some investors amid no guide adjustment from the company.

"Rather, our prior Q3 estimates were not accurately capturing these timing factors," they said.

RBC kept its outperform rating with a price target of $82, saying that Solstice's long-term growth drivers in refrigerants, E-Mats, and nuclear remain fully intact.
