Octopus (APAC) (SGX:43A) subsidiary, Octopus Distribution Networks, signed an agreement with Cellarbration Exclusive and Cronos Networks to manage the former's outlets, e-commerce and corporate events channels, according to a Monday Singapore bourse filing.
The arrangement allows the company's distribution business to expand to direct-to-consumer sales, spanning physical outlets and Cellarbration's online stores.
Shares of the alcohol distributor were up over 2% in Tuesday trading.
