Beacon Minerals (ASX:BCN) secured orders from the Supreme Court of Western Australia validating the appointment of Stantons International Audit and Consulting as the company's auditor, effective Nov. 26, 2025, according to an Australian bourse filing on Tuesday after market hours.
The court ruled that the appointment remains valid despite the company's failure to obtain the required shareholder approval at its 2025 annual general meeting and other related compliance breaches, per the filing.
The company must provide the orders to the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC), the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX), and its current and former auditors, as well as publish them on the ASX, with the orders subject to challenge within 28 days by ASIC or anyone who can demonstrate substantial injustice, the filing added.
