DCM H1 Profit Falls 4.4%

DCM's (TYO:3050) profit attributable to owners of the parent fell 4.4% to 11.6 billion yen for the six months ended August 31 from 12.14 billion yen a year earlier, according to a Tokyo bourse filing on Tuesday.

The hardware store company's basic earnings per share fell to 84.66 yen from 90.58 yen a year ago.

Operating revenue was up 8.6% to 304.4 billion yen from 280.33 billion yen in the prior year.

For the fiscal year 2027, the company expects attributable profit of 17.4 billion yen, basic EPS of 125.71 yen, and operating revenue of 577.3 billion yen.

DCM plans to pay interim and year-end dividends of 24 yen per share each for the year.
