Lidar Chipmaker Camsense Nets HK$615.4 Million in Hong Kong IPO

Shenzhen Camsense Technologies (HKG:6802) is set to receive HK$615.4 million in net proceeds from its initial public offering in Hong Kong after pricing the shares at the previously announced offer price.

The lidar chipmaker priced 11.6 million H-shares at HK$58.85 apiece, according to a Tuesday disclosure.

The Hong Kong public offering was subscribed 3,546.91 times, with 1.16 million shares allocated, while the international offering was subscribed 5.53 times, with 10.4 million shares allocated.

Cornerstone investors, including BYD-owned (HKG:1211, SHE:002594) Golden Link and Taiwan ZMAX, were allotted 1.9 million shares, representing 16.13% of the IPO shares.

Camsense is set to debut on the Hong Kong bourse on Wednesday, Sept. 30.
