Boss Energy Chair Commences Role; Shares Fall 6%

Boss Energy (ASX:BOE) said Peter Botten has commenced his role as chair of the company, effective Wednesday, succeeding Wyatt Buck, according to a same-day filing with the Australian bourse.

Buck will remain on the board as an independent non-executive director, the filing said.

The company's shares fell around 6% in recent Wednesday trade.
