Agricultural Bank of China (SHA:601288, HKG:1288) raised 50 billion yuan through the issue of 10-year fixed-rate bonds carrying a coupon of 1.81%.
Proceeds will be used to bolster the banks' tier 2 capital, according to a Thursday filing with the Hong Kong exchange.
