Rothe Development updated its filing for an initial public offering.
The government contractor said Monday it plans to trade shares on Nasdaq under the ticker RDEV. It originally filed for an IPO earlier this month.
It hasn't disclosed the pricing or amount of shares it plans to offer.
Rothe provides engineering and technology services to various government organizations, including NASA and the Pentagon.
Its business is focused on four areas, including engineering and mission operations, IT and cybersecurity, enterprise multimedia and mission communications, and calibration and metrology services.
Rothe assists with astronaut training and mission operations for NASA. It has been a partner to NASA for more than 50 years.
Last year, Rothe made $126.4 million in revenue.
In its amended filing Monday, Rothe said that a transfer of Class A shares wouldn't automatically transfer to Class B shares. If Chief Executive Karen Wheeler-Hall were to transfer her Class A shares, the recipient could acquire the same voting power as Wheeler-Hall without any conversion to Classs B shares.
