Accelevation Launches Roadshow for Proposed IPO of 30 Million Shares

Accelevation launched the roadshow for its proposed initial public offering of 30 million class A common shares at an expected price of $20 to $24 per share, the company said Tuesday.
Selling stockholders intend to grant underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 4.5 million additional shares.
The company, which designs, manufactures and installs systems for mission-critical infrastructure, plans to use the net proceeds to repay debt and cover expenses, as well as for general corporate purposes.
Accelevation said it has applied to list its shares on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the ticker symbol, "ACCV."
