The 30-year yield rose 0.099 percentage point to 5.401% today. The price fell 1 14/32 to 95 30/32.

--Yield is up for two consecutive trading days

--Yield is up 0.105 percentage point over the last two trading days

--Largest two-day yield gain since Friday, July 31, 2026

--Yield is up three of the past four trading days

--A new 52-week high

--Highest yield since Monday, June 28, 2004,

--Yield is up 0.862 percentage point from its 52-week low of 4.539% hit Wednesday, Oct. 22, 2025

--Yield is up 0.645 percentage point from 52 weeks ago

--Yield is up 0.769 percentage point from its 2026 closing low of 4.632% hit Friday, Feb. 27, 2026

--Month-to-date the yield is up 0.153 percentage point

--Year-to-date the yield is up 0.572 percentage point
