Shenzhen Jove Enterprise (SHE:300814) will increase its investment in wholly-owned affiliate WTT Electronics in Thailand by up to 500 million yuan, according to a Monday after-hours filing with the Shenzhen bourse.
The Thai affiliate is 98% held by JovePCB Enterprise, 1% by Wisdom Electronic, and 1% by PerfectPCB Electronic, all subsidiaries of the listed company.
