According to Zhitong Finance APP, SMOORE INTL (06969) saw its shares rise more than 5% in the morning session. As of press time, the stock was up 5.53% at HK$9.645, with a turnover of HK$25.4139 million.

On the news front, on July 28, the National Tobacco Monopoly Administration organized the drafting of the national standard plan for "Heated Cigarettes," which officially launched a public consultation period ending on September 26. The subsequent stages will include review, approval, and publication, with formal implementation planned six months after the standard is released.

Shenwan Hongyuan previously stated that as the public consultation period for the national standard approaches its deadline, the domestic HNB regulatory access framework is expected to continue advancing, catalyzing the domestic HNB industry chain.

Huachuang Securities released a research report stating that looking ahead, with the continuous expansion of HNB scale, steady growth of the traditional atomization business, and the gradual release of scale effects from new businesses, SMOORE's profitability is expected to improve. In the medium to long term, the company's leading advantages in atomization technology, global customer base, and compliance capabilities, as well as the incremental growth brought by the HNB second growth curve, remain favorable.
