Chaowei Power Holdings Limited confirmed on 21 September 2026 that its 2026 Interim Report is now available in both English and Chinese on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEX) website (www.hkexnews.hk) and the company’s website (www.chaowei.com.hk). Registered shareholders who experience difficulties accessing the document online can request a free printed copy by emailing chaoweipower.ecom@computershare.com.hk or writing to the Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, at 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong.

In alignment with the HKEX paperless listing regime that took effect on 31 December 2023, Chaowei Power has formally adopted electronic dissemination for all future corporate communications. Both English and Chinese versions of these materials will be hosted on the company and HKEX websites, replacing routine printed distribution.

To ensure timely receipt of future announcements, circulars, reports and other shareholder documents, investors are encouraged to supply a valid email address. This can be completed by scanning the personalised QR code on the enclosed reply form or by returning the signed form to the share registrar.

Shareholders who do not submit a functioning email address will not receive electronic publication notifications and must monitor the company and HKEX websites independently; they will continue to receive “Actionable Corporate Communications” (documents requiring shareholder action) in print.

Investors preferring printed copies of all future communications may tick the relevant option on the reply form or email the registrar with their name, mailing address and request. Such instructions remain valid for one year unless revoked or replaced. The company highlights the importance of providing accurate contact details to avoid delays or non-delivery of materials.

The circular reiterates the company’s compliance with personal data protection requirements under Hong Kong’s Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance and provides contact details for data access or correction requests via the Share Registrar’s Privacy Officer.
