Shandong Weigao Group Medical Polymer Company Limited (Weigao Group) will convene its second extraordinary general meeting (EGM) of 2026 at 9:00 a.m. on 16 October 2026 at 2/F., 1 Weigao Road, Torch Hi-tech Science Park, Weihai, Shandong Province, China.

The sole ordinary resolution seeks shareholder approval for an interim cash dividend of RMB0.0854 per share (inclusive of tax) for the six months ended 30 June 2026.
