Hang Lung Properties Ltd (HKEX: 00101) has announced that Mr. Andrew Walter Bougourd Ross Weir, who has served as a Non-Executive Director of the company since October 1, 2025, will be re-designated as an Independent Non-Executive Director.
The re-designation will take effect from October 1, 2026.
