Fujian Holdings Clarifies Earlier Book Closure Window for 2026 AGM

Fujian Holdings Limited issued a clarification announcing that the book closure period for its 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM) will start two days earlier than previously stated. The revised schedule now runs from 22 May 2026 to 28 May 2026, both dates inclusive.
The company noted that all other details in the circular and AGM notice dated 27 April 2026 remain unchanged, and the previously distributed proxy form continues to be valid.
The clarification was authorised by Company Secretary Chan Tao Ming and released on 28 April 2026. As of the announcement date, the Board consists of three executive directors, three non-executive directors and three independent non-executive directors.
