During the National Day holiday, Zhengzhou hosted a music extravaganza that ran for three consecutive nights.
Zhang Jie's "1982 Bound for Future LIVE" tour stop in Zhengzhou delivered three straight evenings of performances. After many years, this "music train" returned to Henan once again, bringing audiences an immersive live experience with an all-new stage narrative and upgraded production.
On 1 October, Zhang Jie performed beloved classics such as "Tian Xia," "Ni Zhan," "Zhao Mo," and "This Is Love" at the concert venue. Not long into the show, the entire audience broke into a powerful singalong of "Young China Says," creating a stunning atmosphere. He also presented "New Journey" as a tribute to National Day, and after the performance the audience chanted "Happy Birthday" in unison.
Zhang Jie took on the role of chief director for this tour for the first time, assembling his own concert directing team, the "Planet Director Group," deeply involving himself in every aspect including music, content, visuals, and live experience from a creator's holistic perspective. The show featured not only numerous signature hits but also tracks that had never been performed on stage before, blending Eastern aesthetics with diverse modern music styles to deliver a brand-new and highly infectious live music experience.
