ProsperCap Corporation Limited said on Sep, 21 2026 that its wholly-owned units have secured an agreement with existing lenders to extend the expiry date of both their senior and mezzanine facility agreements to Oct, 12 2026.

The senior facility, originally arranged in Sep, 2024, comprises a term loan of up to about 395 million Singapore dollars and a CAPEX facility of roughly 18.7 million Singapore dollars, provided by Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch and Standard Chartered Bank (Singapore) Limited.

The mezzanine facility totals up to about 107.9 million Singapore dollars for the term loan and about 5.1 million Singapore dollars for CAPEX, jointly provided by investment entities of AllianceBernstein and Castlelake L.P. The mezzanine loan remains subordinated to the senior loan.

ProsperCap said the extension will allow additional time for its subsidiaries to meet capital-expenditure milestones. The company will release further updates when material developments arise.

Shareholders were cautioned that completion of the refinancing is subject to the fulfilment of conditions precedent under the facility agreements.
