New China Asset Management Raises Stake in GTHT with Purchase of 9.96 Million Shares at About HK$14.70 Each

According to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, New China Asset Management Co., Ltd. increased its holdings of GTHT (02611) by 9.9596 million shares on September 29, at a price of HK$14.6965 per share, for a total consideration of approximately HK$146 million.

Following the increase, its latest shareholding stands at approximately 710 million shares, representing 20.24% of the issued shares.

The connected party is New China Life Insurance Company Ltd. Supplementary information: The substantial shareholder's aggregate long position in the H shares of the listed corporation crossed above 20% as a result of an on-market acquisition of 9,959,600 H shares on 29 September 2026, increasing its aggregate interest from 19.957% to 20.241%.

The shares acquired are directly held by New China Asset Management Co., Ltd.; the indirect interest of 464,501,200 H shares (13.25%) continues to be held through its controlled corporation, New China Asset Management (Hong Kong) Limited.
