Registered shareholders who prefer a printed copy may submit a written request at least 10 days in advance to the company’s Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong. Alternatively, requests can be sent via email to ChinaShineway.ecom@computershare.com.hk or made through the registrar’s customer service hotline at (852) 2862 8555, which operates Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m. (Hong Kong time), excluding public holidays.

The notice was signed by Company Secretary Lee Bun Ching Terence on behalf of Shineway Pharmaceutical. The term “Corporate Communications” covers all current and future shareholder documents, including annual reports, interim reports, meeting notices, listing documents, circulars, and proxy forms.
