HK & China Gas’ Subsidiary HKCG Finance Lists USD 7.00 Billion Medium-Term Note Programme on HKEX

Hong Kong and China Gas Company Limited (HK & China Gas), acting as guarantor, announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, HKCG (Finance) Limited, has secured approval from The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (HKEX) to list a USD 7.00 billion Medium-Term Note (MTN) Programme.

The Programme will be listed for 12 months commencing on or about 30 September 2026. Notes issued under the Programme will be offered solely to professional investors in accordance with Chapter 37 of the HKEX Listing Rules, as detailed in the offering circular dated 29 September 2026.

HSBC and UBS serve as joint arrangers. The dealer group comprises ANZ, Bank of China (Hong Kong), Barclays, BofA Securities, BNP Paribas, Crédit Agricole CIB, DBS Bank, HSBC, Mizuho, Morgan Stanley, MUFG, SMBC Nikko, Standard Chartered Bank, UBS, and United Overseas Bank.

The boards of both the issuer and guarantor remain led by Chairman Dr. Lee Ka-kit and Managing Director Mr. Peter Wong Wai-yee, with executive, non-executive and independent non-executive directors duly listed in the announcement.
