The company stated it is currently progressing with the application process for issuing overseas-listed foreign shares (H-shares) and pursuing a Main Board listing in Hong Kong. However, given the prevailing market environment and other factors, and after careful evaluation and discussions with its joint sponsors and joint global coordinators, the company has decided to postpone the finalization of the H-share issuance and listing arrangements, prioritizing the protection of investors' interests.
