The board of Samsonite (01910) has announced that all conditions for completing the acquisition of BÉIS, LLC (BÉIS) through an indirect wholly owned subsidiary have been fulfilled, with the transaction closing on October 1, 2026.
Following the completion of the deal, BÉIS has become an indirectly owned subsidiary of the company, with Samsonite holding an 85% equity interest.
The acquisition was carried out pursuant to a membership interest purchase agreement, as previously disclosed by the company.
