InnoCare Pharma reported operating revenue of RMB1.14 billion for the six months ended 30 June 2026, a 55.5% year-on-year increase. The surge was driven by sustained uptake of its BTK inhibitor Orelabrutinib, initial full-year contributions from tafasitamab and the launch of zurletrectinib, as well as milestone income from global partnerships with Zenas BioPharma.

Net drug sales reached RMB918.14 million, up 43.2% from the same period in 2025, while collaboration revenue rose to RMB213.39 million. The company achieved a profit of RMB239.67 million, reversing a RMB35.64 million loss a year earlier. Adjusted profit, excluding non-cash items, stood at RMB276.85 million.

Total operating expenses increased 11.4% to RMB878.38 million, reflecting higher R&D spending of RMB497.07 million and expanded commercialization outlays of RMB269.14 million. Administrative expenses were RMB112.16 million.

Cash and related balances totaled RMB8.43 billion at 30 June 2026, providing ample liquidity to advance clinical programs and commercial launches. The interim board declared no dividend.

Orelabrutinib’s first-half growth was underpinned by its approval and NRDL inclusion for first-line CLL/SLL and renewals for r/r CLL/SLL, r/r MCL and r/r MZL. Internationally, the drug secured additional approvals in Australia and Singapore. Mesutoclax progressed with seven active trials, including four registrational studies, while soficitinib and fadeucravacitinib met Phase III endpoints in atopic dermatitis and psoriasis, respectively.

During the period InnoCare also advanced its proprietary ADC platform, with B7-H3-targeted ICP-B794 in dose-escalation and CDH17-targeted ICP-B208 dosing its first patient in July 2026. The company maintained its guidance for continued investment in late-stage clinical programs and global expansion.
