OUE Real Estate Investment Trust said on Oct, 01 2026 that it kept its four-star rating for the third consecutive year in the 2025 Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark assessment, achieving a record overall score of 88.7 points.
The latest score rose 3.4 points from the previous year and surpassed both the 2026 GRESB average of 80.9 and the peer group average of 83.6. The improvement was mainly attributed to stronger environmental performance, while social and governance scores remained high.
Key initiatives during the review period included OUE Bayfront’s connection to the Marina Bay District Cooling System, which is expected to cut energy use and free former chiller plant space for premium office leasing, and One Raffles Place Shopping Mall’s attainment of the EDGE Advanced green building certification—the first for a retail mall in Singapore.
OUE REIT manages a portfolio of seven office, hospitality and retail assets in Singapore and Australia with total assets under management of 6.1 billion Singapore dollars.
