On 21 September 2026, Beijing Enterprises Environment Group Limited (BE Environment) announced that the English and Chinese versions of its Interim Report 2026 are now available on both the company’s website (http://www.beegl.com.hk) and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s website (www.hkexnews.hk).

Shareholders are encouraged to access the digital version; those who have previously elected to receive printed materials will find a hard copy enclosed with the notice.

Investors experiencing difficulty with e-communication, or who prefer printed documents, may request hard copies at no cost by completing and signing the enclosed Reply Form and returning it—using the prepaid mailing label—to the share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong. Alternatively, requests can be emailed to 154-ecom@vistra.com.

Registered shareholders are responsible for providing a functional email address. Until a valid address is supplied, the company can only send notices of publication and actionable corporate communications in printed form.
