On October 1, Yang Xuchun, Deputy Secretary of the County Party Committee and County Mayor, conducted an on-site inspection in Huashan Township to examine the progress of key supporting infrastructure projects for the Yunnan Zhenxiong Phosphorus-Based New Materials Industry Cluster Project, including water supply engineering and industrial roads, and to coordinate and plan next steps.

At the site of the preliminary water supply project in the Baixiangba Chemical Industrial Park in Dahe Village, Huashan Township, Yang Xuchun gathered detailed information on key technical indicators such as dam height, total reservoir capacity, and water intake volume, and listened to reports on construction progress, scheduling arrangements, and planned water supply timelines. He emphasized the need to strictly uphold the three thresholds of project quality, workplace safety, and ecological environmental protection, optimize construction plans, adhere closely to time milestones, and efficiently advance project construction to ensure the project is completed and operational on schedule, providing a stable and reliable water resource guarantee for the development and construction of the chemical industrial park.

At the construction site of the "four-to-three" road upgrade project connecting to the Baixiangba Chemical Industrial Park in Dahe Village, Yang Xuchun inspected roadbed filling and slope protection on site, and gathered detailed information on land acquisition coordination and construction organization. He emphasized that transportation infrastructure is a vital support for industrial development and holds great significance for improving the chemical industrial park's road network and promoting industrial clustering. Relevant units should refine construction plans, coordinate and allocate resources, work backward from deadlines with wall-chart management, and fully expand work fronts. They should solidly carry out mass work, properly resolve land acquisition and relocation disputes, and provide quality support for project construction. They should conduct regular safety hazard inspections, strictly control roadbed engineering quality, and seize construction progress while strictly adhering to quality and safety bottom lines, creating a vigorous construction momentum to ensure transportation access conditions are achieved on schedule.
