This training is closely tied to rural cultural revitalization, the integration of agriculture, culture and tourism, and the improvement of rural governance capabilities. It adopts a three-in-one teaching model of theoretical instruction + hands-on practice + field observation. Who can apply
Applicants must be under 60 years of age, with no educational background requirements. They should love local culture and be committed to the integration of agriculture, culture and tourism, cultural and creative development, and rural cultural tourism operations. Rural backbone figures include: ✅ Heads of rural collective economic organizations ✅ Heads of cooperatives ✅ Family farm owners ✅ Returning entrepreneurs and other high-quality farmer groups.

It does not indulge in empty theory but emphasizes hands-on practice, case studies, and on-site learning.
Comprehensive literacy: Study theories related to rural revitalization, understand the essence of new mass arts, and establish a development mindset of empowering rural areas through culture.
Professional skills (core courses): ✅ Public art empowering rural areas, with analysis of excellent national implementation cases ✅ Upgrading aesthetic and cultural business thinking to boost rural development through arts ✅ Generative AI digital audiovisual creation, producing rural promotional short videos with zero foundation ✅ Building "village-brand" local IPs: from village galas and rural sports events to national local brands ✅ Artistic transformation of rural resources, with on-site practice of cultural and creative proposals + group roadshow presentations ✅ Public expression training, learning to tell your village's local story well ✅ Visiting the Baiqian Workshop in Longtou Village, Lixian Town, to learn on site how to build rural leisure routes ✅ Student achievement presentations, exchanging ideas on the same stage.
Capability expansion and field study sites: ▪ Hongwen Boya Cultural and Creative Base in Weishanzhuang Town: research the operation of aesthetic education workshops and rural cultural tourism implementation models ▪ Xiangye Shiguang Leisure Farm in Qiandaying Village, Huangcun Town: explore the operational experience of a mature agriculture-culture-tourism park.

⏰ Training time: October 12–16, 2026 (5 days total, 40 class hours) 📍 Main classroom: Beijing Shu Yong Art Museum (Building 11, Urban-Rural Cultural Science and Technology Park, No. 1 Luhua Road, Daxing District) 📍 Practical observation sites: Hongwen Boya Cultural and Creative Industry Base, Xiangye Shiguang Leisure Farm, and Baiqian Workshop in Longtou Village, Lixian Town.
