Landmark REIT to reset 140 million Singapore dollars perpetual securities rate in 2026

Landmark REIT Management Ltd. announced that it will not redeem its 140 million Singapore dollars Series 02 perpetual securities on Sep, 27 2026, triggering an automatic reset of the distribution rate.

The annual distribution rate for the securities will be adjusted to 7.9735% for the period from Sep, 27 2026 to Sep, 27 2031, in accordance with the terms of the issue.

The manager cited a need to preserve cashflow, limit leverage, and the current unfavourable market conditions for refinancing at lower yields as key factors behind the decision.

Subject to improved financial performance and liquidity, the issuer aims to resume distributions to unitholders in financial year 2027, though any payments will depend on operating results, debt obligations and broader market conditions.
