Beijing Rural Commercial Bank Secures Approval for Up to 10 Billion Yuan in Tier 2 Capital Bonds

On September 24, according to a financial frontline report, the Beijing Financial Regulatory Bureau issued an approval allowing Beijing Rural Commercial Bank to issue Tier 2 capital bonds with a total amount not exceeding 10 billion yuan.

The approval states that Beijing Rural Commercial Bank may, within the approved quota, independently determine the timing, tranches, and scale of the Tier 2 capital bond issuance, and must complete the issuance within 24 months after approval.
