The nation's first large-scale application of quantum technology empowering government mobile platforms, "Quantum Plus Wandzhengtong," has been officially released, according to the provincial data resources bureau.

The launch of this achievement marks the implementation of a series of globally leading integrated application scenarios combining quantum technology with cloud, network, data, and computing in the province.

At present, quantum computing technology is accelerating its iterative evolution, traditional cryptographic systems are facing real-world cracking risks, and the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of government office data are standing at a critical point of security transformation.

Relying on its own advantages in quantum industry innovation, the province has built a "QKD plus PQC" dual-engine security foundation, deeply integrating quantum security capabilities into the province's unified government office platform "Wandzhengtong," achieving seamless adaptation and convenient immediate use of quantum communication security services.

This fully covers all mobile government business scenarios including voice calls, video conferences, official document circulation, and instant messaging, realizing end-to-end encrypted transmission with "one-time pad, burn after reading," preventing security risks such as communication eavesdropping, data theft, and information tampering from the source.

It builds a quantum-level security protection barrier of "no eavesdropping, no tampering, no impersonation" for party and government organs at all levels across the province, achieving bidirectional improvement in government office security assurance and performance efficiency, and will gradually be promoted and applied to public officials throughout the province.

Next, the province will continue to deeply cultivate an independently controllable quantum security technology system, promote the extension of quantum security capabilities from single communication encryption to full-chain, all-dimensional security protection across cloud, network, data, and computing.
