KAISA GROUP Releases 2026 Interim Report and Migrates All Corporate Communications to Electronic Format

Bulletin Express
Sep 29

Kaisa Group Holdings issued a shareholder notice on 29 September 2026 confirming that the 2026 Interim Report is now available in both English and Chinese on the company website (www.kaisagroup.com) and HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk). Printed copies have been dispatched only to investors who previously elected hard-copy delivery.

Pursuant to Listing Rule 2.07, the group has formally adopted a “digital-first” approach: future reports, circulars, meeting notices and proxy forms will be distributed exclusively online. Shareholders seeking physical documents must submit a written or email request to the Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, or to the company’s investor-relations mailbox (IR1638@kaisagroup.com). Printed copies will be supplied free of charge upon receipt of such requests.

Non-registered shareholders are urged to provide functional email addresses to their respective banks, brokers, custodians or other intermediaries. Failure to do so may prevent these investors from receiving electronic notifications regarding new releases, requiring them to monitor the company and HKEXnews websites proactively.

All queries should be directed to IR1638@kaisagroup.com. The notice is authorized by Chairman and Executive Director Kwok Ying Shing.
