On September 28, Greenland Group held simultaneous unveiling ceremonies for its OPC Agent Communities across eight cities: Shanghai, Beijing, Hefei, Shenyang, Zhengzhou, Nanchang, Nanning, and Wuhan. As a key pillar of Greenland Group's national layout, the Beijing Daxing Zhihui Health City · Greenland OPC Community held its unveiling ceremony that day at the Daxing Biomedical Base.
Attendees included Ma Xianying, Party Secretary and Director of the Management Committee of the Daxing Biomedical Base; Liu Fan, Deputy General Manager of Beijing Biomedical Industry Base Development Co., Ltd.; Yan Fan, General Manager of Greenland Group's Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Business Division; and Assistant General Managers Cao Yuxia and Wang Sai. Representatives from resident enterprises, agent cooperation institutions, and media witnessed the event together.
Currently, the nation is deeply implementing the "AI+" initiative, promoting extensive and deep integration of artificial intelligence with all industries and sectors of the economy and society, and accelerating the formation of a new intelligent economy and intelligent society characterized by human-machine collaboration, cross-sector integration, and co-creation and sharing. Greenland Group is actively implementing this strategic deployment by launching an "AI Agent + OPC Community" layout nationwide. This simultaneous unveiling across eight cities marks that Greenland's national OPC community layout has entered a stage of large-scale implementation. Beijing Daxing Zhihui Health City is the first outcome of this layout in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and will create the first OPC entrepreneurship carrier at the Daxing Biomedical Base focused on the intersection of AI and healthcare.
The Beijing Daxing Biomedical Base, as a national-level biomedical industry highland, has established a "4+2+N" pharmaceutical and health industry layout covering the entire chain from R&D, clinical trials, registration, to production. The Greenland Zhihui Health City · OPC Community is located here, focusing on five major directions: agent research and development, AI + healthcare, medical device innovation, digital health, and pharmaceutical professional services, providing "move-in ready" industrialized entrepreneurship space for solo entrepreneurs and micro startup teams. The community plans 92 fully furnished workstations, 10 independent studios, 3 shared meeting rooms, a 200-square-meter shared lounge, and 2 shared livestream rooms. It is simultaneously building a systematic empowerment system: resident entrepreneurs can enjoy six months of rent-free occupancy, one-stop business, accounting, tax, and legal services, and access to the Greenland Agent Incubation Fund and other benefits. They also deeply connect with upstream and downstream industry resources of the Daxing Biomedical Base, establishing channels for engagement with leading enterprises, research institutions, and professional service organizations, forming a closed-loop entrepreneurial support system from space and tools to resources and capital.
Ma Xianying, Party Secretary and Director of the Management Committee of the Daxing Biomedical Base, congratulated the unveiling of the Greenland OPC Community. She stated that this unveiling is an important practice by the base in promoting the deep integration of "AI+" with the pharmaceutical and health industry, and a key milestone in cultivating new quality productive forces and opening up the "first mile" of transforming pharmaceutical innovation achievements. The Greenland OPC Community precisely targets the "AI + healthcare" core track, filling the gap in regional specialized OPC entrepreneurship carriers and addressing the shortfall in transforming small and micro innovation achievements. It is a key piece in perfecting the innovation transformation system of the pharmaceutical valley. The base will fully support the community's operations and development, providing a favorable industrial environment and service guarantees for resident entrepreneurs, and looks forward to the community forming a clustering effect as soon as possible to inject new momentum into the base's high-quality development.
Cao Yuxia, Assistant General Manager of Greenland Group's Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Business Division, stated that the Daxing Zhihui Health City · Greenland OPC Community is a project from Greenland Group's first batch of 15 OPC communities to land in Beijing. With agent services at its core, it explores and practices the OPC entrepreneurship ecosystem in the "AI + healthcare" vertical track. As a strategic project by Greenland to support the innovation-driven and transformational development of the Daxing Biomedical Industry Base, Greenland will fully leverage its comprehensive advantages, integrate physical scenarios with government and enterprise resources, deepen collaboration with all parties, and make every effort to ensure the project's subsequent operations, building a complete industrial closed loop of "introduction—incubation—growth" to promote the community's rooting and flourishing. At the same time, it will activate innovation vitality through industrial empowerment, continuously exploring new paths for state-owned enterprises to participate in urban renewal and serve the development of the science and technology innovation industry, making new contributions to the transformation and upgrading of the Daxing Biomedical Industry Base.
Liu Yunqiu, Marketing Director of Haoxian Zhichuang (Beijing) Biotechnology Co., Ltd., a representative of resident enterprises, stated that the company will rely on the platform resources of the Greenland OPC Community to deepen cooperation with the Daxing Biomedical Base, promote the transformation and implementation of innovative achievements in medicine-food homology, and serve regional industrial development. She expressed full confidence in Greenland Group's development and construction, industrial operations, and resource introduction capabilities, and looked forward to growing together with more entrepreneurs at the Greenland OPC Community.
At the ceremony, Greenland Group's Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Business Division signed strategic cooperation agreements with Beijing Yuanshu Weixi Technology Co., Ltd. and Suzhou Xinjisi Future Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., respectively. The cooperation will focus on computing power supply, operational promotion, and other areas, providing resident OPC entrepreneurs with computing resources, agent development tools, and market promotion channels, helping accelerate the implementation of innovative projects in AI + healthcare, digital health, and other directions, and further improving the community's all-factor empowerment system of "space + computing power + operations + capital."
Subsequently, witnessed simultaneously by the eight city venues nationwide, Ma Xianying, Party Secretary and Director of the Management Committee of the Daxing Biomedical Base, and Yan Fan, General Manager of Greenland Group's Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Business Division, jointly unveiled the "Daxing Zhihui Health City · Greenland OPC Community." As the red silk fell, the community officially commenced operations, and Greenland's eight-city OPC Agent Communities were unveiled simultaneously. After the ceremony, attending guests toured the community's on-site planning and office scenarios, gaining firsthand understanding of the functional space layout including office areas, livestream rooms, and roadshow halls. They engaged in in-depth exchanges on entrepreneurship services and industry matchmaking, affirming the community's new all-factor empowerment model.
