Weigao Group Spends HKD 0.79 Million to Buy Back 0.22 Million H Shares, Boosting Treasury Stock to 50.97 Million

Shandong Weigao Group Medical Polymer Company Limited (“Weigao Group”) repurchased 220,000 H-shares on 14 April 2026 through on-market transactions at prices ranging from HKD 3.56 to HKD 3.60, for a total consideration of HKD 0.79 million (volume-weighted average: HKD 3.58).

Following the transaction, outstanding issued shares (excluding treasury shares) fell to 4.47 billion, while treasury shares increased to 50.97 million—equivalent to approximately 1.13 % of total issued capital. The repurchased shares represent 0.0049 % of the company’s issued share base before the buy-back.

The purchase was executed under the share-repurchase mandate approved on 27 May 2025, which authorises buy-backs of up to 451.56 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now stand at 44.32 million shares, or 9.81 % of the authorised limit.

In accordance with Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules, Weigao Group is subject to a 30-day moratorium on issuing new shares or selling treasury shares until 14 May 2026.
