According to an announcement from LIFE CONCEPTS (08056), Mr. He Guowei has resigned as an executive director of the company in order to devote more time to his other business commitments, effective from the conclusion of the board meeting held on September 30, 2026.

Mr. Xie Ziqian has resigned as the company secretary of the company and ceased to act as the authorized representative of the company under Rule 5.24 of the GEM Listing Rules of the Stock Exchange, as well as the authorized person for accepting service of legal process and notices on behalf of the company in Hong Kong under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance and Rule 24.05(2) of the GEM Listing Rules, effective from the conclusion of the board meeting held on September 30, 2026.

Ms. Guan Minying has been appointed as the company secretary of the company, the authorized representative of the company under Rule 5.24 of the GEM Listing Rules of the Stock Exchange, and the authorized person for accepting service of legal process and notices on behalf of the company in Hong Kong under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance and Rule 24.05(2) of the GEM Listing Rules, effective from the conclusion of the board meeting held on September 30, 2026.
