Guolian Minsheng Receives CSRC No-Objection Letter for Up to RMB 2 Billion Capital Injection into Hong Kong Subsidiary

Guolian Minsheng (01456) has announced that it recently received a reply letter from the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) regarding the company's capital injection into its Hong Kong subsidiary.

The reply letter, numbered 1429 (2026) from the CSRC's Institutional Department, stated that the regulator has no objection to the company injecting up to RMB 2 billion into Guolian Hong Kong.

The company will carry out the relevant procedures in accordance with the requirements of the reply letter and the relevant regulations of the State Administration of Foreign Exchange.

The capital injection into Guolian Hong Kong is still subject to the completion of overseas investment project filing procedures before it can be implemented.

After the capital injection is completed, the company will, within 10 working days, submit the relevant regulatory approval documents for the change of registration of Guolian Hong Kong to the Jiangsu Securities Regulatory Bureau.

The company will strictly use the relevant funds in accordance with the capital injection purposes reported to the CSRC and will not change the purpose of the capital injection.
